Michelin Star Chef from Spain

One of the most talented young chefs of Spain, Yayo Daporta was awarded a coveted Michelin star in 2007… only two years after he opened his namesake restaurant. Senñor Daporta, professionally trained in Spain as a chef, offers an innovative menu based on local seasonal products at his restaurant in Galicia.  Surrounded on two sides by the Atlantic, Galician waters provide the majority of seafood for all of Spain, and supplies Daporta with a bounty of products from which he creates the most cutting-edge menu in North West Spain.

·        Foie Gras Terrine with Carmelized Pumpkin

·        Mussels with Swiss Chard, Potatoes & Chorizo Oil

·        Infusion of Red Fruits with Goat Cheese Ice Cream
